Cancellation Policy

Appointments booked WITHIN 24 hours of desired time are not guaranteed to be approved. Please book accordingly. The deposit is $33. $3 will go towards websites convenience fee (not the salon), and $30 will go towards your service. The final amount will be charged the day of the appointment. If cancelling, please do so 48 hours before your appointment so your deposit can be refunded. Any cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded. When rescheduling, the same deposit can be used again one time only. No call no shows will be given one opportunity to reschedule. If you no call no show more than once, you will be banned from booking with us again. You have a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment is cancelled.
